2022年9月30日，珠海裝備項(xiàng)目正式動工，項(xiàng)目用地約100畝，總投資接近5.6億元。 2023年10月，珠海裝備項(xiàng)目建筑工程已接近完工，計(jì)劃年內(nèi)試投產(chǎn)。

2022年7月，珠海市金灣區(qū)人民政府、珠海格力集團(tuán)與科恒股份簽訂合作協(xié)議，科恒新能源材料及裝備項(xiàng)目將落戶珠海金灣。

2024年6月24日，全資子公司浩能科技榮獲“2023年國家科學(xué)技術(shù)進(jìn)步獎二等獎”。
